General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop

www.glowtonic.de

operated by Glowtonic GmbH, Musterstraße 12, 3250 Wieselburg, Austria.

Conflicting or deviating terms of customers shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.

Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding product overview.

By clicking the “Buy now” button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

The contract is concluded when an order confirmation is sent by email.

Prices and payment conditions

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include statutory value-added tax (VAT).

Any additional shipping costs are displayed separately during the ordering process.

The following payment methods are available:

• Credit card
• PayPal
• Instant bank transfer

Payment is processed immediately after completion of the order.

Delivery and shipping

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.

The delivery time is generally 3–7 working days, unless otherwise stated for the respective product.

If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately.

Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Glowtonic GmbH until full payment has been received.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer has received the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

Any payments already made will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice.

Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply.

Obvious defects should be reported as soon as possible after receipt of the goods to ensure prompt processing.

Liability

Glowtonic GmbH shall be liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

In cases of slight negligence, liability applies only in the event of breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).

Liability for indirect damages or loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Product information

The offered products are dietary supplements.

They do not replace a balanced and varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.

The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.

Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Further information can be found in the privacy policy on the website.

Applicable law

The law of the Republic of Austria shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of Glowtonic GmbH, insofar as legally permissible.

Final provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
